She appeared on the census of 1900 at Ord, Valley, Nebraska, as the daughter of the head of the household, Francis Asbury Kates.4 Jennie May Kates appeared on the census of 1930 at Lincoln, Lancaster, Nebraska, as the wife of the head of the household, Aden Roy Capron.5 Jennie May Kates appeared on the census of 1940 at 1608 S. 23rd Street, Lincoln, Lancaster, Nebraska, as the wife of the head of the household, Aden Roy Capron.6
